Hi Ben, Getting married here is simple. There is no waiting period, no blood work required. We take care of the licensing for you, fees are included in our wedding packages. You can download the necessary forms and instructions on how to fill them on our website. Simply fill them out & email or mail them to us along with any necessary divorce decrees & we do all the rest! Once you arrive on St. Thomas, a quick trip to the courthouse is required to pick up your marriage license in person, takes about 10 minutes.
After the wedding we will give you the keepsake certificate & a copy of your marriage license. The original gets filed back with the court & they give us a certified copy, which we mail to you immediately. It usually takes 2-3 weeks.

Hi Lindsey, We do lots of weddings for just the bride & groom. We do provide witnesses for the wedding day if you need them. We are happy to accommodate you and answer any questions that you may have regarding a beach wedding. The majority of our weddings take place on Magens Bay Beach on St. Thomas; although we do weddings on an uninhabited island that you have to get to by helicopter VIA the Slice of Paradise package. Just for your information and knowledge, ALL BEACHES IN THE UNITED STATES VIRGIN ISLANDS ARE PUBLIC. So, if you do a beach wedding there is always the possibility that there will be others around. I will send you some photos under separate cover of some of our Magens Bay weddings and then some on Hans Lollick that you get to by helicopter.

My fiancee and i are planning to take a cruise in March and hope to elope in a simple but memorable wedding.Just the two of us.We would like to know what we need to do to make this happen. What documentation will be required etc and with what kind of minimal planning on our part could we accomplish this?
